Interim Resolution Professional
(IRP)
Upon admission of a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the Interim Resolution Professional assumes critical responsibility for stabilizing and administering the corporate debtor.
Scope of IRP Responsibilities:
- Taking control and custody of assets and records
- Issuing public announcement under IBC

- Constituting the Committee of Creditors (CoC)

Resolution Professional (RP) – Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)
